Hi Corbett Community Neighbors,
In February, when it's still windy and wet in our Corbett world, I go to my little greenhouse, affectionately known as Sara's Sanity Shack. I inventory my seeds, read my journal entries from years past to remind myself of what worked and what didn't, organize my flats and pots, and start shaking seeds into tiny containers and looking forward to sunnier days outside digging in the dirt.
By mid-May, the greenhouse doors open and my plants are for sale. I generally don't have a huge inventory but definitely have much more than I need! My goal is to share what I love and make enough money to pay for my seeds and supplies. Plants range from $1.50 to Free.
This year, with Covid-19 impacting our lives, my Sanity Shack Plant Sale will take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. Gates and doors will be open to avoid door handles, Sanitizer will be available, and Ordering ahead of time so that I can fill orders for pick up will be encouraged.
